Lisa Wagner developed this workshop with the intention of assisting students in finding and developing their own mindfulness practice through intuitive painting, meditation, yoga and massage. Co-instructors include Michelle Mottshaw, LMT and Emily Beers-Kimmel, yoga and meditation instructor.
Upon signing up, you will receive a list of needed supplies and details. You will go home not only with a 24x30 painting made by you but also with a tool kit of new and exciting ways to manifest your deepest and most loving intentions. Bring a friend for a shared experience and to share later in the new trajectory of your lives! Lunch is provided.
